Hobo
Hobo — ett av hotellen i jämförelsen.

When a group of friends books Stockholm, the hotel choice is often less a question of attractions and more a question of getting the group to function well together. Someone wants to spend money on dinner, someone wants a larger room and someone wants to book a shared activity. Hobo, At Six and Downtown Camper are all located at Brunkebergstorg, so here rooms, terms and the weekend’s arrangement take on greater importance than small differences on the map.

Hobo for a weekend where you gather in the City

Hobo is located at Brunkebergstorg 4. On the hotel’s contact page there is a special contact route for larger groups. This is relevant if you need several rooms and want to keep the booking together, instead of each person choosing an offer with different terms.

Our recommendation is to start with Hobo when the group wants a shared City base and then shape the evenings according to your own programme. The balance lies in which rooms can actually be booked together. Check bed types, windows and which people should share. The hotel’s general atmosphere can never replace a room that works for those who will sleep there.

At Six when the room gets more space in the budget

At Six has the address Brunkebergstorg 6 according to the hotel’s official contact information. Since the location is in practice in the same area as Hobo, you should compare what you get in the current offer, rather than assuming that the address justifies a price difference.

It is our candidate to investigate when a larger part of the weekend’s budget should be spent on the hotel stay itself. This does not mean that all rooms suit all groups. Ask for clear information about separate beds, occupancy and any extra beds. For a party that is out all day anyway, the money may have greater value in a shared dinner than in an upgraded room category.

Downtown Camper when you want to book something together

Downtown Camper is located at Brunkebergstorg 9. Scandic’s hotel information states that The Nest has an age limit from 16 years and requires advance booking and a separate entrance fee. So it is a possible shared activity to plan, not something you should assume is included in the hotel room.

Here our recommendation is to first check whether the activity is available for the entire group at the same time. If only some can fit, part of the point of choosing a hotel for it disappears. Also compare the room categories carefully; the hotel lists several different arrangements, and rooms without windows also occur.

Resolve the group’s decision before booking

Decide on a shared budget per person and what it should include. Should breakfast be included? Does everyone want to share a room? Should anyone be able to cancel separately? A simple shared decision now reduces the risk that the hotel cost becomes a discussion when you are already on site.

Then book one or two fixed items and leave the rest open. For larger parties, a confirmed dinner table is often more useful than a long list of possible bars. Also check rules and terms for any activities. Staying at the hotel does not mean that the group automatically has a table or entry when it wants.

Three candidates, same district

Hobo is our starting point for a consolidated group booking in the City, At Six when the hotel room is a clear part of the weekend’s priorities and Downtown Camper when a bookable shared activity appeals. Since the locations are so close to each other, the final choice should be determined by the room distribution, total price and what you actually want to do together.
